empowerment of mental health clients. Join us! All welcome.

Where: Tykeson Room in Eugene Public Library Main Building. (Seating  
limited, arrive early!!)

Topic: The Ryan Salisbury Shooting One Year Later:

What Has Changed for Youth in Mental Health Care?

Presentation and moderated public forum discussion with David Oaks  
and Martin Rafferty of MindFreedom.

Ryan Salisbury was a 19-year-old with mental health difficulties who  
was shot and killed by Eugene police on 14 November 2007. Has  
anything changed for young people in our community with extreme  
mental and emotional problems? All are welcome.

Where: 454 Willamette, second floor, Eugene, Oregon, USA. Free  
refreshments. Wheelchair accessible.
