Show Biz Meets the Brain Biz!

Re:		MindFreedom STREET SKITS in Eugene, Oregon

As you may know, MindFreedom Lane County has done several STREET  
THEATER actions over the years.

Street skits are fun, and also educate the public about human rights  
and alternatives in the mental health system.

For example:

If you go to YouTube and search for Normathon, you can see a skit with  
the MF Youth Committee that gained national attention on ABC-TV  
PrimeTime!

There's a bunch of interest -- IT'S TIME FOR MORE STREET SKITS!

If you are intrigued with idea of participating in MindFreedom Lane  
County Street Skits, now is the time!

You are invited and welcome! These are peaceful but provocative  
events, and family friendly. And always FREE.

We have an outline of ideas for the skits (though we're always open to  
more!)

The next step is to have fun with this in rehearsal, using improv and  
brainstorming, to come up with lines, props, etc.

For starters, we are considering doing a quick simple skit in front of  
the Hilton when Sarah Palin gives her speech next month!
