MindFreedom Defends Itself in Court For Second Day From Censorship by  
Eli Lilly About Formerly "Secret" Zyprexa Files

BROOKLYN, NY: MindFreedom's attorney Ted Chabasinski and director  
David Oaks both spoke today in court during a second day of court  
hearings about Eli Lilly's supposedly "secret" files on the  
psychiatric drug Zyprexa.

At stake: Freedom of speech by MindFreedom and this web site, which  
Eli Lilly is seeking to gag with a court order... and the public  
right to know about Zyprexa fraud.

Judge Jack Weinstein of the U.S. District Court of New York closed  
today's hearing, and set a schedule to receive briefs from both side.  
Based on the schedule the judge may be headed toward a decision in  
early February.
