Today is a special live edition of MindFreedom Internet Radio. Host  
David Oaks reports live from Dresden, Germany after both protesting  
and attending the first day of the three-day World Psychiatric  
Association special conference on coercion in psychiatry.

Psychiatric survivors from several human rights groups have gained  
admission to this World Psychiatric Association, and are speaking up  
in symposia, exhibit table, and keynotes, Plus, there are protests  
outside.

A number of psychiatric survivor groups have relased a united  
statement with a vision for the end of coercion in psychiatry. You
